WHAT IS IT?

The visual identity system is a cornerstone for your Branding, its components are all visual elements that represent your brand, such as:

• The Logo type (the visual signature or stamp)

• Stationery set (business cards, invoices, folders, etc.)

• Collateral Design (website, advertising, leaflets, brochures, posts, promotions, posters, banners, etc.)

   Packaging and Product Design 
 
   Apparel Design

   Any visual issued by your brand 

HOW DO I DO IT?

FIRST STAGE. WE GET SERIOUS.

• We sign a contract to ensure accountability on both sides.

• You answer this questionnaire



• Based on your answers, I will present you with a detailed report which will include the best kind of logo and additional elements for your brand.

SECOND STAGE: WE GET CREATIVE.

• Visual research and inspiration. I do my own research, but I always like to take into account my clients’ likes, considerations and expectations. This is the moment where you share with me your “Pinterest” boards or any visual ideas you have about the project.

• This is where your brainstorming and sketching come into play. (I do it like crazy!)

THIRD STAGE: WE GET PICKY.

• I choose the best sketched options and do “my thing” (digital trace, try typographies, colors, sizes, detect failures, etc.).

• I will present up to 3 different solutions with their color palettes. You will be able to approve one, or ask me to combine elements, or make any changes deemed necessary.

FOURTH STAGE: TURNAROUND

• I will develop the rest of the elements that will conform to your visual identity system (favicon, logo versions, business cards, etc.). You will be able to download all the necessary files and versions, in either format to print or for use on screens. An identity manual will be provided to you to share with any vendor, employee or collaborator so that your brand remains consistent.

To have a better understanding about you and your organization, I’ll ask about your vision, mission, goals, desired audience and reach, future plans, history, expectations, competitors, previous experiences, style, and reasons why you want to have a Visual Identity System.
